The purpose of the review is to assess the impact of the HCJP’s work in the ten years since its creation in January 2015. The proposals made and, where applicable, their results and implementation, are presented in a table format, illustrating the HCJP’s influence on the drafting and in the negotiation of various pieces of legislation.
