Valentino Armillei, Associate, is a member of the Employment Law team.
He advises French and international clients on various individual and collective employment law topics, and more specifically on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and collective redundancies.
Admitted to the Paris bar (2022), he holds a PhD in private law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2019). His PhD thesis is entitled “The extra-union negotiation of company collective agreements”. He is also a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 - Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail, 2015) and gives various lectures at this same University as well as at the University of Paris-Est Créteil. He regularly contributes to numerous specialized legal journals (JCP S, BJT, SSL, Droit social, etc.).
