Valentino Armillei, Associate, is a member of the Employment Law team.
He advises French and international clients on various individual and collective employment law topics.
He has developed a sharp expertise on labor law aspects of mergers and acquisitions operations and in restructuring matters, during which he supports the change management of organizations through their various transformative projects (employment protection plan, collective mutual termination, GPEC, etc.).
He also supports companies in managing sensitive individual departures (departure of executives, harassment, whistleblowers, etc.) and has also developed expertise in internal investigations.
In parallel, he also defends companies before civil, administrative, and labor courts, particularly in the context of complex disputes related to restructurings or the reclassification of the status of digital platform workers.
He regularly contributes to numerous specialized legal journals (JCP S, BJT, SSL, Droit social, etc.) and is a lecturer at the University of Montpellier 3.
