Sarah Gicquel, Counsel, is part of the firm’s Digital Law and Intellectual Property team.
She has extensive expertise in transactions and litigation matters in all areas of intellectual property.
She assists clients in protecting and defending their intellectual property assets, in a broad range of sectors, particularly in the context of complex technology-related transactions.
She advises both on transactional matters (structuring innovation projects and tech-related partnerships, licensing strategies, drafting and negotiating contracts, corporate transactions comprising IP issues), as well as on litigation matters (disputes relating to patents, trademarks, industrial design rights, copyright including software, disputes relating to unfair competition and parasitism, digital platforms law, mediation).
She has lectured in intellectual property at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas since 2021 (LL.M. in International Business Law).
