Pauline Joly, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
Her practice focuses primarily on corporate governance matters, and particularly on CSR issues, for both listed and unlisted companies.
She also advises corporate clients on matters relating to M&A transactions and securities law.
She is involved in ‘think-tank’ working groups on these issues and acted as Rapporteure for the working group set up by the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (the Paris financial market law committee) upon the publication of the ‘Omnibus’ proposal for a directive amending certain provisions of the European Directive on due diligence.
She participates in the annual drafting of the “Financial Communication Framework and Practices Guide.
