Pauline Belleau, associate, is a member of the Tax team. She advises companies on the tax aspects of national and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity and corporate restructurings), as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2021), Pauline is a graduate of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas/HEC (Master’s degree in International tax, 2019) and the Universities of Rennes and Exeter (LL.B. English Law and French Law, 2017).
