Paul Worms, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
His practice primarily includes private equity and private mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions in various industries (notably infrastructures, energy, real estate and healthcare).
Prior to joining Bredin Prat in 2022, Paul Worms practiced at Allen & Overy LLP for four and a half years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2017) and the New York Bar (2018), he is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M. Securities and Financial Regulation, 2016) and of the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (Master’s degree in Law and Financial Engineering, 2014).
