Nathalie Legendre, Counsel, has joined Bredin Prat in 2016 as a member of the Corporate team. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and securities law.
Nathalie Legendre is in charge of the Knowledge Management.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Nathalie Legendre was a Counsel at Ashurst, Paris and was in charge of the Knowledge Management.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar (1993) and is a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (Master in Business and Tax Law, 1993) and of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris/Sciences Po (Business School Degree 1991).
