Mirana Favre, Associate, is a member of Public Law team.
She advises on all matters involving legal entities governed by public law (the French State, regional and local authorities, public bodies) and public undertakings, in respect of regulatory as well as contractual issues.
Her practice also includes addressing problems encountered by companies operating in regulated sectors. She advises clients both on transactional and on litigation matters.
