Mihai Puskás, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
He assists French and international companies before French and European courts and competition authorities, in cases covering all aspects of competition laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, FDI).
Before joining Bredin Prat, Mihai practiced for four years in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment department at Linklaters and for one year in the Chambers of the French Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Admitted to the Brussels Bar (2024), Mihai is a graduate of the College of Europe (Master of Laws - LLM, European Law, 2021) and Aix-Marseille University (Master’s degree in European Law, 2020).
