Mathieu Oppermann is an associate and member of the International Arbitration team.
His practice covers both commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. He acts as counsel, as well as tribunal secretary, in large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral institutions and rules (including ICC, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL and AAA/ICDR).
He is also involved in arbitration-related court proceedings such as annulment proceedings before French courts. He represents companies and states in the energy, construction, telecommunications and foreign investment sectors in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
