Marie-Salomé Bourjeois, Associate, is a member of the Public Law team.
She advises both public and private entities on transport, construction, and energy infrastructure projects, across areas such as structuring and development, financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset management and dispute resolution.
She provides advice and litigation services in regulatory and contractual matters, in conjunction with the firm's corporate and financing teams.
