Laura Montagnier, Counsel, is a member of the Litigation team.
Her practice consists mainly of corporate litigation, advising and representing companies and their senior executives in highly complex cases before the civil, commercial and criminal courts.
She is currently on secondment to the U.S. law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York.
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018 and is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s Research Degree in Financial Law, 2016), Sciences Po Paris (Master’s Degree in Economic Law, 2015, Bachelor’s Degree, 2011) and HEC Paris (Grande Ecole programme, 2014).
