  • Jelena Todic

    • Jelena Todić, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration team.

      She advises clients in relation to commercial arbitration and investment arbitration matters. She acts as counsel in large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under a variety of arbitration rules (including ICC, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL). Jelena is particularly active in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, construction and mining in Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

    • Professional career

      Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Jelena practiced as an associate of a Serbian law firm.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Serbian Bar (2019) and to the Paris Bar (2022), Jelena is a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Arbitration and International Commercial Law, French Government Scholar, 2021), the University of Cambridge (LL.M. in International Law, PEXIM Foundation and Cambridge Trust Scholar, 2017), and the University of Belgrade (Bachelor of Laws, 2016) with an exchange year at the University of Deusto, Spain (2014/15).
