Jeannetta Archvadzé is an Associate within the firm’s Public Law Department.
She advises and litigates for French and international companies, investors and public-sector entities on the full range of public and regulatory law matters, with a particular focus on regulated sectors, notably energy, transport, infrastructure and telecommunications.
Jeannetta has extensive experience in administrative litigation, especially in public contracts and renewable energy project permitting and development. In public procurement, she handles disputes arising at both the award and performance stages, including pre-contractual and post-contractual interlocutory proceedings (référés précontractuels and contractuels). She also advises developers and investors in wind, solar, agrivoltaic, hydroelectric and geothermal projects, from securing permits through to defending them before the French administrative courts. Her practice also extends to public property and planning law.
As the artificial intelligence specialist for her department, she is involved in the deployment of AI tools and the promotion of best practices in this area. She is also a brand ambassador for GenIA‑L, the legal and tax artificial intelligence solution developed by Lefebvre Dalloz.
