Hubert Pouradier Duteil, Associate, is a member of the firm’s White-Collar Crime team.
He assists and represents companies and their senior executives, as well as public figures, in connection with criminal, civil and commercial proceedings.
Hubert intervenes in particular in the context of criminal proceedings (investigations, judicial information, alternative measures to prosecution, and trials) or proceedings initiated by various authorities (French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA), etc.).
He also maintains an active practice in general criminal law and is registered on the emergency criminal defense lists of the Paris Bar.
Hubert is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association (ADAP).
