Hélène de Cazotte, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
She assists French and international companies before French and European courts and competition authorities, in cases covering all aspects of competition laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid).
Before joining Bredin Prat, Hélène spent over five years practicing all aspects of Competition law at leading international law firms in Brussels, including Hogan Lovells.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2019), Hélène is a graduate of the University of Westminster (LLM. International and Commercial Dispute Resolution Law, 2017) and of the Paris Nanterre University (Master’s degree, International and European Private Litigation, 2015).
