Guillaume Lo Bono Semiliak, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
He assists French and international companies before French and European courts and competition authorities, in cases covering all aspects of competition laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, FDI).
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2025) and registered on the list of EU lawyers at the Brussels Bar (2026), Guillaume is a graduate of St Mary's University, Twickenham (LLM in International Business Law, 2022) and of the Catholic Institute of Paris (Master’s degree in international and European Business law, 2021).
