Guillaume André, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
He assists French and international companies before French and European courts and competition authorities, in case covering all aspects of competition laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid).
Before joining Bredin Prat, Guillaume was an associate at the Brussels’ office of the US law firm Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.
Admitted to the Paris and Brussels Bars (2021), Guillaume is a graduate of King’s College London (LLM in competition law, 2019) and of the ESSEC Business School; (Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management, 2018).
