François Brenner, Associate, is a member of the Tax team.
He advises clients on the tax aspects of national and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring and real-estate operations), as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
He also works on private wealth tax cases.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2026), François is a graduate of Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation, 2023). As a PhD student affiliated with the IRDA of Paris, he is writing a thesis under the supervision of Professors France Drummond (Paris-Panthéon-Assas University) and Florence Deboissy (University of Bordeaux).
