Florian Bouaziz, Partner, is a member of the Litigation team. He has extensive experience in corporate law and securities law, assisting corporate clients in resolving their litigation matters.
Academic career
Admitted to the Paris Bar (1999), Florian is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in business law, 1995; DESS in business law and tax; DJCE, 1996) and the business school ESCP (Mastère spécialisé in law and International business management, 1997).
