Ève Duminy, Partner, is a member of the Litigation team.
She assists and represents companies, notably international groups, and their senior executives in connection with civil, commercial and criminal proceedings.
She handles more specifically complex business law litigation (corporate law, contract law, consumer law, white collar crime) as well as mass disputes.
Ève has written numerous articles published in scientific reviews, in particular related to proof law issues.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2009) and to the New York Bar (2008), Ève is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law (LL.M., 2008), the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Postgraduate degree in English and North-American Business Law, 2007; Master’s degree in business law, 2006), and ESCP-EAP (Degree in Management, 2006).
