Etienne Martinaud, Associate, is a member of the Public Law team.
He advises on all matters involving legal entities governed by public law (the French State, regional and local authorities, public bodies) and public undertakings, in respect of regulatory as well as contractual issues. He also advises public and private entities on infrastructure projects.
His practice also includes addressing problems encountered by companies operating in regulated sectors. He advises clients both on transactional and litigation matters.
