Eloi Roche, Associate, is a member of the Financial Services and Insurance Regulation team.
He advises French and international financial institutions on all types of issues related to financial services regulation, both regarding their status and the rules applicable to them (licensing and modifications, organisational and conduct rules, governance, compliance, etc.) as well as their products and services (applicable regulations, marketing, contractual documentation, outsourcing, etc.).
He is particularly involved in the regulatory aspects of FIG M&A transactions, including structuring and regulatory approvals.
Eloi also regularly advises on FinTech and crypto-asset topics.
