  • Camille Stuckel

    • Camille Stuckel, Associate, is a member of the White Collar Criminal Defense team.

      She advises and represents companies and senior executives, as well as public figures, at all stages of criminal proceedings (preliminary inquiries, judicial investigations, alternative measures to prosecution, trial and appeal).

      Camille Stuckel also assists clients in the context of proceedings conducted by various regulators and institutions (French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA), World Bank, etc.).

      She also maintains an active practice in general criminal law and in media and press law.

    • Professional career

      Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Camille Stuckel practiced for three years in general criminal law and white collar criminal law at Haïk & Associés.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar (2023), Camille Stuckel is an alumnus of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Ulm, A/L class, 2016). She is also graduate of the Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University (Master’s degree in International criminal law, 2020) and Sciences Po (Master’s degree in Public Affairs, 2020).
