Audrey Demourgues, Associate, is a member of the Employment Law team. She advises French and international clients on various collective and individual employment law topics.
Her practice focuses on corporate clients in connection with employee representation, including information-consultation obligations, and the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
She also advises French and international companies on issues related to the execution of employment contracts, individual dismissals, collective redundancies and reorganizations, as well as health and safety aspects of employment law.
