Anna Zoumenou, Associate, is a member of the Public Law team.
She advises both public and private entities, primarily industrial sponsors and investment funds, on energy, transport and telecoms infrastructure projects, in the context of structuring and development (greenfield) or merger and acquisition (brownfield) transactions, as well as for asset management and dispute resolution purposes.
She acts in both an advisory and litigation capacity, on contractual matters (structuring, drafting, negotiating and performing EPC, O&M, PPA, supply contracts, etc.) and on regulatory matters, working closely with the firm's corporate and finance teams.
