Alexandra Lereau, Associate, is a member of the Employment Law team.
She advises French and international clients on various collective and individual employment law topics. She regularly advises on the employment law aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and restructurings (including redundancy plans, social dialogue and employee representation), particularly in complex or cross-border contexts.
She also advises on employment-related corporate governance matters (such as executive compensation, corporate sustainability due diligence and reporting obligations, etc.), as well as on employee profit-sharing and savings schemes.
