  • Jeannetta Archvadzé

    • Jeannetta Archvadzé is an Associate within the firm’s Public Law Department.

      She advises and litigates for French and international companies, investors and public-sector entities on the full range of public and regulatory law matters, with a particular focus on regulated sectors, notably energy, transport, infrastructure and telecommunications.

      Jeannetta has extensive experience in administrative litigation, especially in public contracts and renewable energy project permitting and development. In public procurement, she handles disputes arising at both the award and performance stages, including pre-contractual and post-contractual interlocutory proceedings (référés précontractuels and contractuels). She also advises developers and investors in wind, solar, agrivoltaic, hydroelectric and geothermal projects, from securing permits through to defending them before the French administrative courts. Her practice also extends to public property and planning law.

      As the artificial intelligence specialist for her department, she is involved in the deployment of AI tools and the promotion of best practices in this area. She is also a brand ambassador for GenIA‑L, the legal and tax artificial intelligence solution developed by Lefebvre Dalloz.

    • Professional career

      Before joining Bredin Prat, Jeannetta worked at French and international business law firms in Paris, where she developed her expertise in public business law, sector-specific regulation and renewable energy law.

      Her insight into the public sector draws on experience from a series of long term placements and permanent positions within French institutions, notably at the Council of State (Conseil d’État), the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of the Economy, and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Direction générale de l’aviation civile - DGAC), as well as at the National Assembly, where she served as a parliamentary assistant (collaboratrice parlementaire).

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Jeannetta holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Public Economic Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) where she was awarded a prize at the University competition in administrative property law (droit administratif des biens).

      She works in French, English, Russian and Georgian, her mother tongue.
