Simon Graff, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
He assists French and international companies before European courts and competition authorities, in cases covering all aspects of competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, FDI).
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Simon practiced at Linklaters LLP for more than four years and did a traineeship at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP).
Admitted to the Brussels Bar (2021), Simon is a graduate of the University of Ghent (Master in de rechten, 2020) and University Saint-Louis in Brussels (Bachelier en droit, 2018).
