Benjamin Lambert, Associate, is a member of the Tax team.
He advises clients on the tax aspects of national and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity and corporate restructurings), as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
Before joining Bredin Prat, Benjamin has practiced for more than three years at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2020), Benjamin is a graduate of HEC Paris (Master’s degree in Management, 2015) and of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master’s degree in Tax law, 2017).
