Pauline Joly, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
She advises companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and securities law matters and notably handles cross-border transactions involving both privately and publicly held companies.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pauline worked for asset management companies, focusing on sustainable investment issues. She also assisted the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris for three years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2024), Pauline is a graduate the Paris-Dauphine PSL University (Doctorate in Private and Financial Law, 2021 and Master’s degree in Business Law, 2019).
