Navigating Emerging Hydrogen Standards in Europe

There is growing recognition that an international standard or passporting arrangement for low carbon hydrogen is required as an enabler for international trade. However, in the interim, national and regional standards are developing. This article considers the requirementsin France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK, imposed either in a national standard or as part of the eligibility criteria to access a public support regime.
