Il dispose d'une expertise reconnue en financements bancaires, financements d’acquisition (et notamment en financements à effets de levier), marchés de capitaux, placements privés et restructuration de dette.
Avant de rejoindre Bredin Prat, Samuel Pariente a exercé au sein du cabinet Debevoise & Plimpton LLP à New York, Londres et Paris.
Inscrit au barreau de Paris (2007) et au barreau de New York (1999), Samuel est diplômé du King's College à Londres, de l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne et de la Harvard Law School (LL.M., 1999).
