  • Romain Dethomas

    • Romain Dethomas, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration and Litigation teams.

      He advises companies clients in relation to commercial arbitration and investment arbitration matters. He acts as a counsel in large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under a variety of arbitration rules (ICC, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL, DIAC). He also advises clients in arbitration-related litigations.

      He is particularly active in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, construction and civil aviation involving clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

      Romain also regularly advises companies and their senior executives in connection with civil, commercial and criminal proceedings.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar and to the New York Bar (2015), Romain is a graduate of Harvard Law School (L.L.M, 2014), the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in International Private and Commercial Law, 2011) and the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Master 2 in Economic Law, 2010).
