Marine Blottiaux, Counsel, is a member of the Corporate Team.
She advises companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, securities and private equity transactions. She also advises listed companies on corporate governance matters.
Her practice focuses on different sectors such as Technologies – Media – Telecommunication, energy and healthcare.
Marine was seconded to US law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in 2018 – 2019.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2013), Marine is a graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M., 2013) and the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law, 2010; Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law, 2011).
