  • Khrystyna Kostiushko

    • Khrystyna Kostiushko, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration team. She advises clients in relation to commercial arbitration and investment arbitration matters.

      She acts as counsel in large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral institutions and rules (including ICC, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL). Khrystyna is particularly active in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, construction and mining in Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

    • Professional career

      Having worked as an associate in Ukrainian law firms prior to joining Bredin Prat, Khrystyna has represented clients in disputes under the rules of LCIA, ICC, SCC, GAFTA and FOSFA. She also has experience in appearing before the Ukrainian courts in cases relating to the recognition and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar (2020) and to the Kyiv Regional Bar (2019), Khrystyna is a graduate of the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (2018). She also holds a Master’s degree in International Private Law (2012) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law (2010) from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
