Ghislain de Foucher, Associate, is a member of the Litigation – White-Collar Crime team. He assists and represents companies and their senior executives, as well as public figures, in connection with criminal, civil and commercial proceedings.
Ghislain de Foucher intervenes in particular in the context of criminal proceedings (investigations, judicial information, alternative measures to prosecution and trials) or proceedings initiated by various authorities (French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA), World Bank, etc.).
He is also developing a general criminal law practice and is registered on the emergency criminal defense lists of the Paris Bar.
Ghislain de Foucher moreover teaches white-collar criminal law in an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Criminal Law of the Cergy Paris University.
