    • Clémence Fallet, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and in private equity transactions. She advises listed companies on their corporate governance issues.

      Clémence lectures at the University ofParis Dauphine and at the business school HEC (Majeure Stratégie Juridique et Fiscale).

    • Academic career

      She was admitted to the Paris Bar (2008) and is a graduate of the business school HEC (2006) and the University of Paris XI Jean-Monnet (Master’s in business and tax law, 2006). She was also selected to attend training sessions at the business think-tank IHEE (Institut des Hautes Études de l’Entreprise, 2015).

      Ingenico in connection with the friendly share exchange offer launched by Worldline with a view to creating a new European leader and the fourth player in payment services worldwide (€7.8 billion)

      Heineken France in connection with its acquisition of a minority stake in Gallia, the Parisian craft brewery

      Filorga Initiatives, which is controlled by HLD and Kresk Développement, in connection with the sale of 100% of Laboratoires Filorga to Colgate-Palmolive (€1.495 billion)

      Eurazeo in connection with its participation in the Series C US$230 million round of funding raised by Meero, a start-up created in 2016 proposing a range of services for professional photographers

      Direct Énergie, a leading supplier of alternative energy and specialist in the production of gas and electricity, in connection with the tender offer launched by Total (€1.4 billion)

      Schneider Electric on its tender offer for IGE+XAO, a software company listed on Euronext Paris
