  • Aurélie Patrelle

    • Aurélie Patrelle, Counsel, is a member of both the Litigation and International Arbitration teams. She advises and assists companies and their senior executives in resolving complex business law litigation matters, and in particular, in an international context (contract law, corporate law, private international law). She represents clients in litigation proceedings before civil and commercial courts, in addition to assisting clients resolve disputes through out-of-court settlements.

      She is also a member of the International Arbitration team acting as counsel in arbitration proceedings and arbitration-related disputes brought before the French courts (cancellation or enforcement of arbitration awards).

      She teaches procedural law at Sciences Po, as well as international litigation and international private law at the University Paris-Est Créteil.

      Aurélie was seconded to the Dispute Resolution practice of the law firm Slaughter and May in London from September 2016 to March 2017.

    • Academic career

      Admitted to the Paris Bar (2012), Aurélie is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master’s research degree in Private International Law and International Commercial Law, 2010), Sciences Po (Master’s degree in Economic Law, 2009) and the University of Strasbourg (Master’s degree in European Economic Law, 2009).
