Antitrust Litigation

Bredin Prat's competition team handles major antitrust litigation and advises clients on various EU and French behavioral cases (cartel investigations and abuse of dominance) at the administrative proceedings level and before both the European and French Courts. Moreover, Bredin Prat provides counsel to clients on other types of litigation cases, such as actions against the Commission's rulings prohibiting a merger and claims for damages against the European Commission.
