Marc Pittie is a partner at Bredin Prat and has been at the head of the firm’s Brussels office since 2003. He specialises in advising on issues involving competition law and European law. His practice also includes handling concentrations at a European level as well as representing clients in proceedings before the European courts.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, he was a law clerk at the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg (Judge K. Lenaerts) (1995-1999).
Born in Belgium, he was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1993 and the Paris Bar in 2007. He is a graduate of the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium (law and applied economics).
