Bredin Prat has a strong tax practice in the areas of M&A, corporate restructurings, sui generis financial products and real estate transactions. The firm advises major French and foreign clients, including public companies, banks and private equity firms, on all French and international tax issues and also assists its clients in tax audits and disputes.

A significant part of the tax team's activity consists in working with the firm's M&A lawyers (often involving pre-transaction comfort and rulings from the French tax authorities) on domestic and cross-border transactions.
