- acquisition by Gecina, jointly with ABCD Group, of an office space real estate programme from a subsidiary of Qatar Islamic Bank

- acquisition by CFI-Compagnie Foncière Internationale of 11 UGC cinemas

- acquisition by Eurohypo and Fortis of a real estate portfolio from Renta Corporation including "Tour La Villette" (office-block skyscraper in Aubervilliers on the outskirts of Paris) in connection with the refinancing of the group in Europe
